Employed by the Digital Applications Group to test Keynote on Mac OS X 10.4 and forward. Responsible for converting manual test case database to be fully automated using proprietary virtual user test application. Responsible for ad-hoc and test case based testing, bug reporting and regression. Previously worked on Backup3 and AppleWorks.

Consulted to improve existing bug tracking system. Tested video card software drivers against Windows games. Documented and tracked bugs, assisted international development team in narrowing and reproducing issues, created test documents. Tested games against all video, sound and controller variations, ran benchmarks and tracked performance.
MICROSOFT CORP., Mountain View, CA 3/99-5/02
SQA tester for four major releases of Microsoft email clients for the Macintosh. I tested on MacOS 8.0 through 10.1.3. On this job I brought all of my past experience to task while testing IMAP, NNTP, and other areas. Additional responsibilities included end-to-end documention work in the form of spec collaboration, test plan creation, test case creation, test schedule estimates, and test matrix creation.
CLARIS CORP., Santa Clara, CA 11/95-3/98
SQA Lead for Claris Officemail, an email server which used POP/SMTP and UUCP. I designed test matrices based on design documents, and wrote bugs against the UI and functionality of the application and its documentation. Later, I was on a team testing Claris Emailer, an email client. Again I had responsibility for designing test matrices and testing UI and functionality in my assigned areas of the application and its documentation. Additionally I administered a large(200+) external beta site program for both products, distributing software and processing reports generated by the testers.
APPLE COMPUTER, Cupertino, CA 7/95-11/95
Contracted to test native Power Mac version of Appleshare Print Server, Print Server Guide, and Appleshare File Server. Duties included assembling and maintaining network of servers, clients, printers, and controller machines. Testing methods included running and debugging test scripts and extensive ad hoc testing. Arranged comparison and reliability scenarios for benchmarking and benchmark comparisons.
BERKELEY SYSTEMS, INC., Berkeley, CA 9/92-4/95
Joined the SQA team for this start-up company, testing a screensaver across a multitude of hardware and software versions and configurations. I tested on MacOS and Windows 3.1 platforms.
